LSSC offers a host of services to its members. We invite you to join LSSC as a member to expand your outreach and extend your impact. The membership is open to any leather goods and garments factories, retailers of leather products, technical training institution, university, training company, corporate organizations, assessment company, consulting firms in the leather industry, non-profit organizations and so on.

Trainer on demand

You can avail services from our certified trainers of certain job roles at a nominal fee. These trainers are equipped with industry-ready knowledge and technical expertise as per the requirements of SSC defined Qualification Packs for each level of training.

Facilitating corporate skilling center

We can partner with you for setting up your own skilling center, that caters to your specific training needs. While you can leverage our knowledge and expertise, we can help you build capacity and handhold you till the pilot phase is completed.

Facilitating apprentice hiring

Our affiliation with the training partners, ITIs and private technical training institutions help us connect the industry and the academia. This will help you in accessing a potential talent pool from various training and educational programs who can be trained as apprentices.

Implementation of MSDE schemes like PMKVY, RPL

For training projects like PMKVY or for implementing strategies like RPL, we can support you at various stages of implementation that includes assessments and certification.
