RPL 4 Best in Class Employer (BICE) certification is an employer-driven program to recognize the skills and knowledge of existing workforce. LSSC has been playing a crucial role in facilitating this certification through many industry leaders. Till date, LSSC has on boarded Tata International, Bata, Farida, A V Thomas, Florence, Lotus International, Dawar, Mirza Leathers, Mohib Group, Sara Soles, Nibras, Aala Gloves, Naser Group, KH Group and other companies.

During the last 3 months, LSSC has enrolled 81,136 employees in the leather clusters of Kanpur, Agra, Ambur, Vellore, Vaniyambadi, Ranipet, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Delhi and Haryana.  Of the enrolled candidates 70% are female and 30% are male candidates. RPL 4 Certification is implemented in many job roles such as Helper, Operators, Cutter, Upper Maker and Stitcher under sub-segments of Footwear, Goods and Garments, Finished Leather and Gloves.
