Basic Training Providers (BTPs) and Third Party Aggregators (TPAs) will be meeting your HR managers to share details about the purpose and benefits of apprentices. These two initiatives will be very intense until we settle down with the process of familiarity, the benefits are long-term keeping in mind the expectations and problems we face in the industry.
